Currently kicking around the thought of selling my old bow. I'm trying to effigy out a reasonable TYD price. I am curious for those of y'all that have shipped bows recently, what has aircraft cost you and through what courier service did yous use?

That seems mode loftier. I've never paid more than $30 in the lower 48 aircraft USPS.

Cross country $45-60
Couple states around y'all $25-40

Ship priority and get insurance. Information technology has helped me more than once.

I just bought a bow from someone and he somehow got it shipped to me several states away for $15. At least that's what the postage stamp says

Dang. I shipped mine via FedEx final week. Bow and associated kit within a double bow case, plus $800 insurance was $100. Sounds like I should have used USPS.

That's nonetheless non too bad for shipping in a double case. The prices anybody quoting so depression is in a manufacturers box. Usually $25-35 with usps in ane of those boxes.

I bet some of these costs didn't include insurance.

USPS - WI to ID Priority west/ $1k insurance was $70. Shipped in the original box.

Recall they screwed me though as they wouldn't price ground after they gave me the priority sticker...

Wasn't the normal post-lady though. Was her daughter and another Iady I hadn't seen before. Very small-scale town post role.

I shipped a bow a yr ago and information technology was virtually $40 from WI to CA (with no insurance though).

Seems to run $45-l with insurance from USPS for me. That's in a manufacturer bow box. Insurance is of course based off of coverage. If it's 1k in coverage going to be more than than $500 in coverage. I recall past a decent amount.

Also if there is a claim from USPS I'm pretty sure the money goes to the sender, and it can take a while.
